I attempted to contact this company multiple times through a variety of different ways. The first correspondence was a over a month ago. I completed the form for replacement parts. I purchased a dollhouse with multiple damaged pieces. I’ve called and I’ve also emailed. Today I decided to try to send a Facebook message. I’ve still heard nothing back. I’m pretty laid back and it takes a lot for me to leave a negative review. I’m pretty frustrated to say the least.
RecommendedSo far I have nothing bad to say about this company! I ordered one of their cute little train set tables for my son for his birthday. However I was missing the hardware that goes with it (not sure if it was missing to begin with or if it fell out during shipping since the box was slightly torn up; either way doesn’t matter things happen). Have been trying to reach customer service regarding a train set for over a month!!! They do t reply to emails or voicemails! It's horrible!!!
Absolutely ridiculous, pieces that are said in the "track layout guide" to fit together do not fit, they aren't even the same pieces. I've tried every possible fit and the pieces do not work, now I'm supposed to wait weeks to get "replacement parts" (which shouldn't have to be replaced, I just bought this for Christmas!!!) and now my daughter can't play with her toy on Christmas.
