Being one of 173,000 consumers still without power or telephone connection in the Pittsburgh area, I tried to get instructions for a talking watch's lack of accurate audio in in regard to time and date. I ended up having to order a new talking watch from maxiaids.
Ordered two different pair of special sunglasses. First pair arrived, but is NOT what was described. Called the manufacturer itself, Maxiaids is using a years-old descriptor that is now incorrect, so sunglasses were not the shading described. Maxiaids rep said she was emailing me a return order form. Email never arrived. Keeping them as a spare pair in the car so I don't have to deal with Maxiaids again.
