The customer service person was very helpful but I did have a problem. My wife had a cane that was too short for her. I gave them the information on the cane and ordered what they said would be two inches longer. When I received the new cane it was not longer. It was the same size as the one we had. I got a return authorization but I had to pay the shipping to return it and then I ordered another cane. Probably the most rude customer service staff I've ever come across, no good morning how can I help you, no thank you have a good day, just blatant attitude and rudeness when requesting assistance with an item. Definitely not a great company to do business with especially because my clip ons I received were so cheaply made that they didn't last me a day, along with that the website link for a return doesn't get you any response so you have to make sure to call their number. their website said free shipping but they still added shipping fee when checkout. I went back to change the shipping method then they kicked me out. So disappointed!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! My 83 year old blind mother was ecstatic when she finally got her “talking microwave,” and paid $500 for it, only for the microwave to break down in only FIVE WEEKS! She was told that there’s a 30 day return policy, so she is unable to get compensation from the company and was also told that if she wanted to return it to have them fix it she would have to pay the shipping cost at $50…BOTH WAYS! I ordered a pillow at my doctors suggestion and when it arrived it was to thick. I called on a Saturday but they were closed. Phyllis called me back from NY and I am in California so it was too early for me. I called back and was told the pillow was not returnable.
