their website said free shipping but they still added shipping fee when checkout. I went back to change the shipping method then they kicked me out. So disappointed!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! My 83 year old blind mother was ecstatic when she finally got her “talking microwave,” and paid $500 for it, only for the microwave to break down in only FIVE WEEKS! She was told that there’s a 30 day return policy, so she is unable to get compensation from the company and was also told that if she wanted to return it to have them fix it she would have to pay the shipping cost at $50…BOTH WAYS! I ordered a pillow at my doctors suggestion and when it arrived it was to thick. I called on a Saturday but they were closed. Phyllis called me back from NY and I am in California so it was too early for me. I called back and was told the pillow was not returnable. It has never been used as I could tell it was to thick when I opened it. I asked to speak to supervisor and she said he will tell you the same thing. Being one of 173,000 consumers still without power or telephone connection in the Pittsburgh area, I tried to get instructions for a talking watch's lack of accurate audio in in regard to time and date. I ended up having to order a new talking watch from maxiaids.

Ordered two different pair of special sunglasses. First pair arrived, but is NOT what was described. Called the manufacturer itself, Maxiaids is using a years-old descriptor that is now incorrect, so sunglasses were not the shading described. Maxiaids rep said she was emailing me a return order form. Email never arrived. Keeping them as a spare pair in the car so I don't have to deal with Maxiaids again.
