EXACTLY as advertised on the website. The shipping was as if I had walked into the shop and physically bought it. SUPER FAST NEXT DAY!! Love these VINTAGE salt and pepper shakers and the BEST PRICE online!!
Poor customer service, shipping prices are high, very difficult to return products, and seems to have an unusually high rate of defective products. I'm particularly irritated by the customer service. The training is bad... Customer is very quickly feeling defensive.
