Today had an appt. At 1:00 8/19/26 after 5 reminders on my phone , pre can in. On the phone, got there at 12:30 they called 3 people in, at 1:38 called me to the desk to tell me they overscheduled and to come back to my second appt. Mind you , you if your new, you have to go 2 times, then on the third time is when you see the Dr. HUMANA SUCKS .SO DOES MAX
