Dr. Castillo and his staff are EXCELLENT! customer service is very important to me, and his staff has provided incredible service, they go above and beyond to help you in any way possible. Dr. Castillo is a class act, he listens, provides options, and follows up.
I really feel like I’m important, not just a patient. The doctors care, by responding when I have a health need. I see bad reviews but they change staff and doctors and I have excellent treatments.

The lied on me and front desk lady yelled at me for no reason and I have witnesses. Also I am autistic. And it's the one in Zephyrhills that did this to me
