The ladies were all lovely and Dr. Clemente was very knowledgeable and nice.
1.) I had a simple question for this office that made mathematical sense. I was told to fast for bloodwork. I had one sip of soda at 12:30 am and was told to reschedule, and I did. Even though by then it was 8:30 and it shouldn’t have mattered at that point. Then I realized it would work much better for me to fast from 2am-10am, same 8 hours as 12am-8am that I was scheduled for the first time. I was told no by Rachel who draws the blood for the labs. Very good people from Dr. Clemente-Ortiz through every person in the office. Everyone, Dr. Clemente-Ortiz especially, takes as much time as needed to thoroughly examine all things to make sure that I am operating at peak health. They are so proficient and personable that there is no problem calling or dropping by and they will take care of anything. Dr. Clemente-Ortiz is so dedicated that she won't let you walkout until you understand exactly what she is doing and what the patient needs to do to be at best health. Five stars... read more
Office staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Clemente is very thorough and knowledgeable. Always feel welcomed on my appointments and have a great experience each time.
