New dr ….. the lady’s are the best . I’ve never had a more friendly dr than this .
Dr. Figueroa and her staff could not have been more wonderful! It was my first visit with Max Health. Dr. Figueroa was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and professional with an exemplary bedside manner. Only one little glitch: I was diagnosed with a UTI and was instructed to get on the antibiotic right away however somebody dropped the ball and the prescription was not called in. I called today and it was taken care of. I'm very happy with my experience nonetheless!
I had a special situation (I didn't feel well at all) the entire team of Dr. Fiqueroa Jannette were very attentive, professionally prepared, efficient, they prepared everything for the upcoming hospitalization. Thank you!🙏🏻❤️
My wife and I both began seeing Dr Figueroa in January 2025 and like her as a PCP. However, the support staff has dropped the ball several times over our first 9 months in their care. Example#1: on May 27, 2025, after an appointment with the Dr, the front desk person, Catherine, made an appointment for me to have blood work done for an upcoming appointment with my Endocrinologist in a couple weeks.
