My uncle was a patient at this facility, and despite his clear need for surgery due to a kidney stone and prostate complications, the focus remained on prescribing insulin. Dr. Laura McGovern’s decision to deny him the necessary surgical intervention was deeply troubling, especially given the level of pain he was experiencing.

I approached this office for the reviews Dr. Patel, but was told I would have to see Laura McGovern. When I arrived, I waited over an hour to see her. I observed her in the building while I was waiting. McGovern was scattered, unkempt, and seemed hurried, harried and brusque.
