Easy to work with, fast, and friendly.
GREAT SERVICE!! – These guys went the extra mile: My water heater started leaking, it was only 5yrs old so I called Maxfields who originally installed the heater, they told me that it should be under warrantee but that it might be hard to find the brand I have locally. They called me back and told me after some searching they found one and had me scheduled for that afternoon. The plumber had to move the vent and the gas line to make it fit and didn't charge me a thing. AWSOME!!
Expensive and Messy – Expensive: Charged extra $55 because he needed to go buy a piece of wood. Total bill was $305, of that $290 was labor. The job took less than 2 hours, and that includes the trip for wood and two long phone calls. It was an easy job. Skilled plumber wouldn't have taken an hour. Messy: Left a mess inside for me to clean up. Walked outside to see rust stains all over my concrete. What a joke!!!!
Worst company ever... – I would never recommend this plumbing company to anyone. My one and only experience with this company came at the hands of a drunk plumber. I was shocked and outraged that a licensed company would allow an employee to work under the influence. Needless to say, I turned the work away and called someone else. I would not trust someone to do expensive work on my house that absolutely reeks of alcohol. If you choose to use this company, be sure your plumber is sober.
