Had an employee tear up some of the wiring on my trailer. I called frank from customer service and he and explained to me in a very detailed manner what color wire was for what light. He made it seem simple and did an amazing job helping me. He even helped me fix the brake wiring on another trailer. Overall the most kind and patient person I’ve ever dealt with.
Mexican guys work fast, but American guys very very slowly
They make an excellent Trailer. If you’re looking for a customer service it’s not bad, it’s non existent. Called the factory and left a message, was directed to the sales person for my area and left a message and no one has the courtesy to call back. Probably would not buy another one of these.
The overall experience has been disappointing: I bought a “brand new” 2023 T-6 14k trailer dedicated to tow a 7k pound vehicle 1. First day: Electrical Problem. After troubleshooting I found a screw/bolt that was carelessly driven through a wire. 2. Poor Quality: Within the first year the trailer started developing rust, bubbling, and peeling of the powder coat. By year two there were chunks of metal flaking off the trailer. Frank in customer service is the most professional and awesome person I’ve ever talked to over the phone he helped talk me through everything I needed and is just over all a fantastic person
