It took over 2 hours to be told I didn’t have Covid or flu. She prescribed over the counter cough medicine for me. She wouldn’t even discuss treatment plan with me before saying what she was prescribing. When I asked for some input on said treatment plan she walked out without any other advice or recommendations. Complete waste of time.
This place is ridiculous! Staff isn’t friendly. I came in at 8:45am it is now 10:42 and I’m just going to the back.. walked in the room and the paper to cover the medical bed is wet. Not even allowing the area to properly dry before bringing another patient back. Nurse or whomever she is didn’t introduce herself not sure if she’s the tech, nurse, or receptionist. I had a traumatic injury last weekend and due to an upcoming vacation my husband and I, who are both medical professionals, wanted to make sure there was no fracture before we left since the pain had been getting progressively worse even with appropriate home treatment. This Urgent Care seemed very convenient and was able to offer x-ray service. It was clean and the front desk staff was polite. I was the only patient in there at the time. Very unprofessional and rude will not be back
This place is a joke. I talked with a gentleman today about my situation. He said they would see me. So I come up here to be seen. Now I'm told they won't see me unless I pay 125.00 because I'm insurance won't cover it. The gentleman could've told me this before I even showed my face.
