Came to be seen today as a new pt & left as quickly as I came. The lobby was unbearably HOT! The lady behind the counter was very apologetic of the heat & also had a fan going but it did nothing! It’s 90 degrees outside & if this company doesn’t even have enough care for their employees to not have them working in this heat, then how could they possibly care enough to treat me?
I visited Flowood, MS location. Front desk Nurse was sweet and fast with check in. The NP on staff was a sweet and attentive and very knowledgeable. I was in and out in about 35 minutes! Check them out!
Staffing was welcoming and very professional.
