Requested a wellness appointment and was told they don't offer those when the service is clearly listed on their own website. After an appointment was made with their primary care doctor the doctor neglected to show up for said appointment. The same receptionist who said they did not do wellness checks laughed about the fact that the doctor was not present for the appointment. This place is a joke. I got here at 4:40 with three kids and only one needed to be seen. She refused to look up my child's insurance again said his case is closed... We are insured thru April 2026 not without insurance. She and doc just ready to go home. Didn't tell me they wouldn't see us till after we had been sitting there for well over an hour. She said I could self pay they wouldn't even consider seeing my kid.

I took my son here July 19 to get a physical. First the girl upfront told me the price for a physical was $20 and then another girl walks in and she asks her and they are looking at eachother and one says it may be $40. (I had paid $20 with my other son before) another lady walked in and confirmed it was $20. The way they communicated seems off but ok. They had me fill out the forms. I use to love this place! Until Monica Fields, and Kayla started. They violated my HIPPA rights, and laughed about it. Monica did apologize, that I OVERHEARD their unprofessional, ignorant comments! I’ve emailed the owner, Ms. Brianne. I’m hoping she’s more professional than her staff.
