This team is Absolutely Wonderful beyond words!! I worked with a lady name Sandy and let me tell you... She was incredibly helpful, very compassionate. Her care during a really difficult time for my family as this is the last step of a Love one passing was above and beyond!!! I went in with very specific things, a vision of what we wanted it to look like, and a special date I needed my Mothers headstone placed. Great bunch of people, great service.
Not very pleased with them at the moment. We paid the first week of July to have the date put on our moms monument was told it would be put on within 2/3 weeks. It is the middle of September no date has been added. I’ve tried calling them back for two days with no response. Come on Mr. Terry.
Horrible experience! Head stone was paid for in FULL IN ADVANCE! We were told 6-8 weeks from our purchase date of 4-22-21. Which would have put it right before father's day! The couple of times we have got them on the phone they tell us oh it's on the truck it'll be there in a day or two. It is now 8-20. Making them 3 months 3 days past schedule.
