I wouldnt recommend working with this company. They are extremely over priced, they think the client doesnt know what things cost or are worth so they tact on alotnof extra money. They also never andwer the phone and take forever to get back to you when things are down. Definitely better options out there

I've worked with Maxcom on a few of my HOA properties and I've never had a complaint. They are communicative, thorough, and super respectful of time and staff. Mark and Jesse are two of the nicest vendors I've had the pleasure of working with (and recommending!).
We use this service for our community and are unable to reach anyone to assist with the consistent issues at our new property. Over 15 tickets have been submitted since over a week ago and not a single person has contacted. Once someone finally comes out, the issue repeats itself within a day and is not repaired. The "operator" never answers their phone. The help tickets do not get answered. Highly recommend choosing another company for your residential needs.
Absolutely terrible service. Never install anything correctly. Multiple employees coming to fix the same issue, but never actually fix it. Horrible customer service. If you put a service request in (which you have to do online because they wont do it over the phone) then expect to wait months to have anyone come out, if they ever even come. I wish i could give less than one star. Trash company
