Extremely unprofessional. Didn’t inform me of the fact that she wasn’t at her salon anymore, causing me to make a blank trip there. Then lied and said she sent the new address when she never did. I had to then ask her to send me the address because I didn’t have it. Then proceeds to send me to go buy jam for her because she didn’t have any. Like I said, extremely unprofessional. I was leary of booking because of the poor reviews regarding communication, professionalism and canceling of appointments but I did anyway. I booked about a week ahead of my Friday 10am appointment. The morning of the appt I received a text at 730 am advising the appt would need to be rescheduled. Mind you I work in entertainment and had a flight to LA the same day for a movie shoot. I'm actually looking a new permanent stylist who could possibly travel. Guess I'll keep looking #tomato #tomato
