BEWARE. Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. I rented a truck through U-Haul to move furniture in Hazleton, PA. Unfortunately, this location was my drop-off point. I prepaid for a full day with prepaid miles specifically so I would not be hit with extra charges. Despite that, I was charged $130 without any notice or authorization. When I went inside to ask why I was charged twice, the older male employee (gray beard, gray hair) immediately claimed I “went extremely over my miles,” which was false. Never have anything bad to say, the men that work here are professional and amazing. If you worry like me about getting screwed over cause you don’t know much about cars, this is the place for you. I don’t even leave in the area and I still take my car here and always will!
