I chose to use Max when doing my appraisal because from the beginning of our first conversation he was very professional yet sympathetic and understanding to my situation. He was quick to answer the phone, set up the appraisal appointment and get the appraisal back to me. During the inspection itself he was full of good advice on how to cost effectively fix some of the issues around my house. I highly recommend him.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! This appraisal company is very thorough and professional. We have had many appraisals throughout the years, but this company has provided the best experience and service. Max is extremely knowledgeable, personable and he is extremely thorough! He is patient and happy to answer any questions you may have. His prices are very reasonable and he made the overall appraisal process very seamless and efficient.
