This flooring is no longer warranted. The company sold to an out of state entity and the new company refuses to stand by the 25 year warranty. I tracked down the owner of Max Windsor Flooring (DBA Three Wise Kings) and he laughed in my face at the suggestion he needed to replace my floor. My hardwood flooring, Monroe Betula, cost $3,000 and failed in less than 18 months. The company I purchased from, Boyle's Flooring Inc., also refuses to stand by the warranty.
