Very clean, relaxing establishment. Despite going in before closing, they still took their time, provided excellent customer service and were very kind nice people. My nails haven't chipped or shown any signs of wearing off, which is amazing because we went on October 4th, and today is the 31st. Will be back soon!
So, my oldest daughter and I were having a girls day and we wanted to get our nails done. We were super hungry so unfortunately it was a little past five on a Sunday afternoon-evening. Apple Maps had the hours wrong in two places and my daughter was in tears from disappointment, and I was close too, sad end to the day and all. From the start felt rushed when choosing a color - I politely & calmly asked if they had time for my nails walking in & soon after was snapped at being told that I was keeping my nail tech away from her family? I'm sorry if there wasn't time for my nails please say so I had no problem coming back following day. This was wildly unprofessional and an extremely uncomfortable experience...
