Amazing Facility for Young Athletes! We enrolled our 9-year-old here to help improve his speed and strength for sports, and we couldn’t be happier with the results so far! The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and create a fun, supportive environment that keeps kids motivated and excited to train. Update Fall 2024: My kid has the most endurance on his baseball team now and I credit that to Max Speed. He’s a stout, strong kid and not built like a long distance runner but he is consistently the first kid to finish when the coach makes them run the around the fence line before practice. Last night they ran 6 laps around the field at practice and he was at least 50yds ahead of the next kid by the end. He actually likes running now!
