Max Sheffield Plumbing came out today and charged $280.00 plus their $99 annual membership for 20 minutes of work. the plumber was here twenty minutes. The appointment setter told me that I would get a $50 coupon to apply toward the labor and when I mentioned this to the plumber he said your $50 discount is in this $280 price. Really! I feel ripped off to be charged this much money. I recommend avoiding this contractor you will be glad you did.
Do not use this company they are scam artists. I needed a Plummer and they encouraged me to sign up for the 150 premium service that wouldn’t charge a service fee. They then failed to show up twice. I called 12 times over these no shows and each time I was told someone would phone back. Eventually 13th time lucky the manager did call me, I asked for a refund on the premium service and they said no as they have 7 days to get someone there, even if they failed to show up on both Friday for a 10-2 and again Monday for 10-2.
