I’ve used Max Sheffield Plumbing a number of times. They have replaced my old hot water tank with a new tankless system. Today they replaced all the plumbing fixtures in our shower/bathtub. They are truly excellent in quality of work and responsiveness to their customer. Recommend them.
Customer for life. Best customer service I’ve had. Very upfront about possible costs depending on what he might find and even gave me pointers to see if I could fix it on my own first to save me money before coming out. Great communication. If you value honesty and want to know upfront you can trust what you’re told Max Sheffield Plumbing is the only way to go.
SCAM - “Premium Home Service” - this goes to a foreign call center where they schedule your plumbing appointment , you speak to various agents there and there is a job number assigned - the agent will tell you the fee for the service call is usually a high price but today they are offering a special deal that includes a free service call after the initial fee. They ask for a card number - what they are doing is signing you up for a yearly subscription to an app. This is very shady.
Very professional company. Cory was great technician, explained in great detail what he was going to do and total cost. Would recommend Max Sheffield Plumbing
Do not sign up for the “premium home service,” it is a scam. Their “priority” scheduling for emergency plumbing issues is two weeks out.
