Max and his team, specifically Donald and Mackenzie, did an absolutely amazing job on my purchase. Donald was very knowledgeable and responsive to questions. Mackenzie was incredibly detailed oriented and kept me up to speed on all upcoming events and milestones.

Max and his team did an excellent job selling our house. Darlene was great at lining up contractors for house prep in no time. We were able to put our house on the market within two weeks of contacting Max and got a great offer pretty soon after. Mackenzie did an excellent job updating us with progress reports/steps to take once we were under contract. Overall, Max and his team did great from start to finish in a challenging market. I've never worked with a realtor who actively pointed out flaws in a property I was considering. She truly helped us make a decision we felt good about.
