I had contacted Max on bathroom remodeling services. He asked for lot of details from me and also asked for pictures of our current bathroom as if to show. Is he was extremely motivated. He came to our place and spent 90 minutes looking and taking the measurements etc and now more than 45 days later, all we have is an inflated quote without any pertinent details such as Allowance for tiles/ SQ Ft etc and the quote he sent to me before did not even had my name. I called and talked to a guy about a bathroom remodel. It was on a holiday (Martin Luther King Jr) so was surprised they answered. He was very nice and took my name and number and said that when the office opened the next day he would give my information to someone in the office to call me. It’s been a week and I’ve not heard anything. I cannot comment on their work but their follow through leaves something to be desired.
