Max rocks, the bay area is a super aggressive, especially within a specific mid market range on the peninsula. Max knows the market. Knows what it takes to get the best possible deal and works extremely hard on behalf of his clients. A must have if you are in the market to buy/sell.

I was looking looking for a peninsula property with some sort of redeeming value, the type that would sell a property should I ever need to leave the area. I chose Max because he was young and energetic. Someone who would be responsive to finding good value in a timely fashion. Max was that and more. You'll find Max knowledgeable, responsive and great in the negotiating area. I highly recommend Max for your left coast property transactions.
