In all honesty I can't say enough good things about Max. He went completely out of his way in helping my family through a myriad of problems, including dealing with old and complicated liens on the property he sold for us. As an out-of-state seller, I was absolutely dependent on Max's "local knowledge" in reaching a deal that worked for all parties concerned. He (i.e. Max) worked tirelessly, communicated timely and otherwise went above and beyond what one might reasonably expect to have been done to ultimately have a sale occur of the unique property involved. Max initiated and handle the sale of two vacant lots that I own in Belmont into separate sale transactions. He knows the area and the market and brought his skills to bear selling to properties which had development challenges. I can give Max the highest possible recommendation.
