Max Plumbing communicated extremely well, arrived right on time, diagnosed the issue and provided two possible solutions immediately, and then did the work as described on the spot. Couldn't ask for more!
Max Plumbing SCAMMED $5,000.00 from me! I hired them to install a new gas line and when Centerpoint requested to see the permits, Max Plumbing was nowhere to be seen. We have called them MULTIPLE times and the call takers will set up appointments that end up NO SHOW. I have since contracted a licensed plumber and he has confirmed that their work was absolute TRASH and would NOT pass inspection. FOLKS IF YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED OFF OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY, THEN THIS IS THE COMPANY FOR YOU! STAY AWAY!!
Only giving him 5 stars is an injustice. Easily the best service/repairman in the city. They just don't make people like this anymore. Take away the fact that the only reason you're dealing with him is because something in your apartment has gone wrong, and you'll feel lucky you met him. Whatever you're problem is, Craig is the answer.
