When I go to a mechanic and hear them talk about, This piece is broken, that piece is broken. I don t understand what they are talking about. So the same thing happens with patients. When they come to the doctor s office and especially if they re seeing a specialist they re hearing about these terms like angioplasty and catheterizations and total knee replacements with titanium and all these other things that they don t relate to they ve never experienced before.
