my technician wasn’t the friendliest. i felt very rushed by her and when i was having anxiety about going in a second time, she said to make my mind up about continuing, because there were other people waiting. usually in situations like this, i would assume a technician to be patient and to walk me through to make me feel better. this was not how it was at all.

The actual process of getting my MRI was fine, but take your results elsewhere! I got my MRI done at MAX and received results from them that summarized my injury as a “partially torn ACL.” The next week, I took my results to an orthopaedic surgeon who told me that my ACL was completely torn, and that it had basically eroded away and would need re-building. When I tried getting ahold of MAX to re-review my results and confirm, they ghosted me until I could get ahold of their headquarters, then said that my doctor needed to re... read more
