I had multiple great experiences with MAX MRI. On my first visit, I needed a substantial amount of imaging, and I returned later for additional scans. Each time the entire team was pleasant and communicated well. After switching doctors, I needed my reports forwarded to my new provider. This place gave me a vague, incorrect MRI report. They said I had a full ACL tear, but another imaging center later confirmed it was only a partial tear. The quality difference between the reports was night and day. And unbelievably, they still give your MRI on a CD — not a USB, not an online portal… a CD. Who even uses CDs anymore? Most people don’t even have a way to read them. It’s outdated and inconvenient. Do yourself a favor: skip this place and go somewhere better. Save your money, your time, and your stress.
my technician wasn’t the friendliest. i felt very rushed by her and when i was having anxiety about going in a second time, she said to make my mind up about continuing, because there were other people waiting. usually in situations like this, i would assume a technician to be patient and to walk me through to make me feel better. this was not how it was at all.

The actual process of getting my MRI was fine, but take your results elsewhere! I got my MRI done at MAX and received results from them that summarized my injury as a “partially torn ACL.” The next week, I took my results to an orthopaedic surgeon who told me that my ACL was completely torn, and that it had basically eroded away and would need re-building.
