I was waiting for an hour ((( they are slow and not friendly at all, just disgusting service, hope will never come back there again
The actual process of getting my MRI was fine, but take your results elsewhere! I got my MRI done at MAX and received results from them that summarized my injury as a “partially torn ACL.” The next week, I took my results to an orthopaedic surgeon who told me that my ACL was completely torn, and that it had basically eroded away and would need re-building. Clean facility, friendly staff, no wait at all, the procedure was well explained. The machines looked brand new and the rooms were spotless. I walked out with a CD of my images to give my doctor. Highly recommend.
Amazing service, staff is amazing and took really good care of me. MRI machine was super spacious and I actually ended up falling asleep in the machine.
