Absolutely terrible experience. I had a 9:30 appointment, arrived early at 9:15, and completed all of my paperwork online ahead of time so there would be no delays on my end. Instead, I sat in the lobby and watched two patients who arrived after me get called back before I did. My experience here was really good. I completed the intake forms online using a link they sent by text. They took me back right away, there are several dressing rooms behind curtains with a locker and a bathroom that connects. This is where you change into your medical gown. Everything was bright and clean. The 3T MRI tech had a sunny disposition yet professional. I asked for my new images on a disc before I left and received them promptly. Each time the entire team was pleasant and communicated well. After switching doctors, I needed my reports forwarded to my new provider.
