I towed a vehicle in and was asked to go get it the next day. The person I delt with was Awesome!! He saw me pull up in my wrecker and brought the key out to me. Very friendly and helpful! This was the Best experience I've had with a Service Writer either dropping vehicles off or picking them up! I wish I could remember his name because I would Highly recommend that y'all give hime a raise to make sure he stays!!!
I can’t say enough bad things about my experience with Max Motors. I purchased a truck in July, was told I was being “given the best warranty they could offer.” Did not even make it home before the check engine light came on. It was after hours, so I reached out the following morning and was told it was a “soft code” and should be fine. I wish I could give them negative stars. It started with what I thought was an easy sell. I found a car on their website. I wanted to look at it. I came in the salesman, told me the issues with it said he wouldn't recommend it to a friend or family member. I took that into account and I did not want to purchase that vehicle any longer. Worst place to buy car, i was scammed and robbed because i bought car and they sold me warranty by telling me i have lifetime warranty ,i didn’t even drove 20000 miles and had a transmission issue and when i went back to fix it with warranty i found out I didn’t have lifetime warranty on my car because sales person told me to get lifetime warranty and i paid money and trusted them sign all paper and now they don’t want to take responsibility.
