If I could give zero stars, I would. I got here last year, I PCS’d from Hawaii with my 6 month old son & needed a car ASAP. I was given an 06 Mazda for 10k, so unbelievably pricy but I was assured it was a great deal. I was naive & desperate & they completely took advantage of this, plus my 6 month old som was with me so it wasn’t the easiest time. I bought a used 2016 van. I took it home noticed that the ac wasn't getting cold much. I took it back and they said they'd check it. A couple of hrs later I was called to come pick up my van. They said the ac just needs more time to cool. So this summer i took it in and my ac is clogged and needs to be worked on. I bet they didn't even really check it when I brought it back in. Update: I called and spoke to the manager on service. He checked his records and said that when my ac was tested it was blowing 30 something degrees.... read more

We purchased my 2024 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy in July 2024. After a couple of months it developed a rattle in the back end. Max's service department was extremely understanding and helpful trying to locate and fix the issue. The first two attempts did not work so when we took it back in for the third time we were told that they would not give it back until it was fixed.
