After a recent experience with Max Motors, I must advise consumers to be especially wary to their business practices. While trying to trade in my current vehicle and purchase their used car, the manager was continuously unable to provide me with specific numbers as to my trade in value compared to the price of the vehicle. Without an agreement on the trade in value or an up to date payoff amount, they ran my credit to lenders for thousands over what I was willing to finance.
