Note from the general manager on previous review. Again I'm asking for help as instructed by the Missouri DOR. I will bother them if the central office would show any sort of care to help with my issue other than "not our problem"
I am in the market for two new vehicles and I have reached out to Max dealerships but I'm having a problem with a lien release from a dealership you bought years ago and I can't get anybody to bother to call me back. I even filled out of Missouri lien release form and send it over and heard nothing. Why would I buy from somebody who can't even help me out? I'm to the point where I'm ready to send a formal complaint to the State Attorney General office to resolve
Easiest car buying experience I've had in 45 years of buying cars. Saw it online, texted, talked on phone, came up to test drive and bought the car. Out the door in under an hour.
Zack went above and beyond to get me my vehicle! I talked to him at 7 PM and I had my vehicle the next day at 1 PM. He was very courteous very knowledgeable had all the proper paperwork ready for me to sign. And due to a disabilitie he was even able to deliver my car to me. Looking for a vehicle? Ask for Zack. 😊
Car had bad headlights, whatever they put on the car to hide scratches and drilled hole in hood came off in the rain. Manager and dealer doesnt remember a drill hole in the hood. Window trim started peeling off the 1st week on all windows. Came with no fues box cover under hood. I will never buy anything again from max motors. Biggest scam of a dealership I have ever seen. Will be talking to lawyers soon.
