Do not ever go to this place for anything especially an inspection. We bought a car went there for an inspection and they purposely messed up a piece just to convince us to buy a $400 piece that would eventually cost $600 for them to install. Before we went in to Max motors our car sounded fine with no messages on the dashboard and then when we left Max motors all of a sudden we have a bunch of messages on our dashboard and now are exhaust is really loud The exact piece they said that we needed to replace!! Note from the general manager on previous review. Again I'm asking for help as instructed by the Missouri DOR. I will bother them if the central office would show any sort of care to help with my issue other than "not our problem"
I am in the market for two new vehicles and I have reached out to Max dealerships but I'm having a problem with a lien release from a dealership you bought years ago and I can't get anybody to bother to call me back. I even filled out of Missouri lien release form and send it over and heard nothing. Why would I buy from somebody who can't even help me out? I'm to the point where I'm ready to send a formal complaint to the State Attorney General office to resolve

Zack went above and beyond to get me my vehicle! I talked to him at 7 PM and I had my vehicle the next day at 1 PM. He was very courteous very knowledgeable had all the proper paperwork ready for me to sign. And due to a disabilitie he was even able to deliver my car to me. Looking for a vehicle? Ask for Zack. 😊
