Great final result on our new Durango R/T 392. It took some effort to work through the numbers, but Zach and the team got me a great interest rate and a bottom-line price lower than I expected. I bought several gallons of antifreeze for my 6.7L cummins with cash. I returned one I had left over and was told they would have to write me a check and charge me a restocking fee. This was in January. It is now June and still no check.
Tried to charge me +$140 for a service that was part of the recall repair they already were doing. Slimy business practices trying to make an extra buck..unfortunately for them I didn't fall for it!
