Husband went in to a vehicle inspection guys did not have any customers service skills and was pretty rude right off the back.
I have had nothing but problems from this dealership. I have purchased 2 cars from them. I bought a brand new jeep compass from them in 2022 and a month later hose broke and I needed a new engine took them 4 months to replace it. In 2024 I had same problem and had it towed. I told them do not leave my car outside or it would freeze up and they did and it did freeze up. They had to put a new engine in. Took them 6 months to fix. had truck service done for no ac ,was informed power control box was bad,could not get,back ordered for 6 months.then charged $145 and i can leave. ordered new from internet and installed part their invoice condemed, no effect on ac ,cost $600 for the rebuilt and programed box. finally found a good shop for electrical problems and they found compressor clutch was the REAL problem. now I'm out $745 for a bad diagnosis from the supposedly best ,highest price, place to take into. have contacted them they refuse to take responsi... read more
