Don't waste your time with these TEMU-trained "experts." Go with any other reputable shop. Should keep your shop employees in the back and get someone with actual customer service skills to be at the front, because clearly he isn't doing you any favors.

Great team and service! I just finished working with Max Motors on rebuilding my Ford Explorer from an SGI total loss. They did the inspection and gave me tips on how to get the body work right so it would pass the follow up inspection. Their mechanical inspection was thorough and identified a few deficiencies that needed to be corrected that were not caused by the collision. Everyone I talked to at the shop was excellent.
