Tried to charge me $140 for a service that was part of the recall repair they were doing. Slimy business practices trying to make an extra buck..unfortunately for them I didn't fall for it
I am beyond frustrated with Max Motors and the treatment my partner and I have received. Less than a year ago, we purchased a truck with a warranty, and now it has a major motor issue. Max Motors refuses to cover it because the truck is lifted, something that was never disclosed to us at the time of purchase. We paid for a warranty in good faith, and now we are being denied the protection we were promised. Cristy, in particular, has been extremely rude and dismissive, offering only one so-called “solution” a warranty payout.... read more
