Max represented me in a MVA with an under insured motorist whose vehicle was totaled when he hit our truck.. Within 48 hours I began to have shoulder pain, difficulty sleeping and using my arm. I had 14 months of various therapies before seeing an orthopedic surgeon who ordered an MRI which showed I had a torn rotator cuff tear. Although I only dealt with Max for a short period of time, it was long enough to determine that he was more than capable of providing expert legal advice. What I was surprised to find was that he was also down to earth, able to make space for my emotions, and not pushy/rushed/forceful in his behavior or counsel. His staff, also, seemed compassionate and empathetic as well. 5 stars in my book!
