The process was amazing. I was in and out in 30 minutes signed everything got all the paperwork taken care of traded in my 2016 Toyota Corolla. Your staff was amazing. They ran all the numbers and basically got me approved and they got me out the door within 30 minutes seamless process I couldn’t be happier.
My experience with the people at Max Madsen's Aurora Mitsubishi far exceeded my expectations. From my Product Specialist Jim, the owner Scott, Sarah, the porter, and the friendly mechanic that transferred my license plates, everyone was professional, courteous, and made the process a very positive transaction.
Ok long story short we bought an auto start and kept having problems with it shutting off. I was certain the dealership installed it incorrectly. Brought it back and Tony was super awesome and patient, spent about an hour ensuring we knew how to work it without the car dieing. Very patient and professional the whole time and topped it off with filling up the tires because they were low and washing the car. He kept it light the entire time.
