Lalita is an incredible personal trainer! She’s not only knowledgeable and dedicated but also one of the kindest and most supportive people I’ve met. This is an amazing work out! Lalita and Ali are so great! I love that their program is about the wellness of your whole body from the inside out. The first time I went everybody was super welcoming and so friendly. I was struggling a little bit, but everybody was so kind and encouraging, it felt like we were a team! I am definitely going back to get MAXED-OUT!!!
