Yes I agree with you all Max Home Inspection is a joke with their red light strategy used. The inspectors are incapable and seems to have a poor eye vision. They will put RED alert on unnecessary things but give you GREEN LIGHT on this that badly need attention. My cousin sold a house and was able to get pass for this that needed attention. My wife and I used Max Home Inspections to help us purchase our first home. On the surface everything seemed great. Courteous on the phone, Max also offered a plethora of warranty options with their Home inspection services. It seemed like a no-brainer to go with their service. Unfortunately it was the beginning of our nightmare. Our inspection report was severely lacking in detail. DO NOT HIRE them or MITCH. When you pay for an inspector you expect them to be thorough and inspect more than the common person can. The inspector was a joke, literally just walked around checking if faucets "flow with water" or if a light was out. The inspector was so bad that he noted cosmetic damages like cracks in the floor, but didn't note a full on cracked glass stove top. Mitch Feinglas did a general home inspection, a 4-point inspection and a wind mitigation report for my husband and me. He did a fabulous job. His inspection was very profession and thorough and his reports were incredibly comprehensive, yet easy to read. He included clear and numerous photos with his reports which helped us make a decision about purchasing the home. I would recommend Mr. Feinglas for any home inspection.
