Max was great from start to finish! He was always quick to reply to email, patiently answered all our questions. Once we had settled on an insert he was able to get us scheduled much sooner than we expected. On installation day he arrived a bit early and was efficient, friendly, thorough and cleaned up after himself. All this with reasonable pricing. The results are wonderful, we couldn’t be happier. We’d leave 6 stars if we could.
We love our new gas insert and Max was fantastic to work with. He promptly answers the phone, is hyper-punctual and not salesy... habits which I try to adhere to in my own business so I gravitate to companies that do the same. Max does the install work himself and so he can directly answer all your technical questions and doesn't need to "get back to you". His pricing, customer service and turnaround time definitely beat the local competition.
Thank you Max! Not only did he do an incredible job installing our unit and explaining the different options, but he came back twice to help us with maintenance over the years. He is on time, professional, and friendly. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone interested!
We are thrilled with Max’s professionalism and work and highly recommend him. He pulled out our ancient and massive wood burning inserts and installed streamlined modern gas inserts. He is incredibly responsive to inquiries and had fair transparent pricing.
We had a wonderful experience with Max Heat. They installed a quality gas fireplace at our home. Every interaction we had was very friendly and helpful from viewing to installation.
