We had a wonderful experience with Max Heat. They installed a quality gas fireplace at our home. Every interaction we had was very friendly and helpful from viewing to installation. I can’t say enough great things about working with Max and his crew! I don’t think we’ve ever had a project go this easy. They are responsive, efficient and easy to have in our house. Their work is beautiful! We couldn’t be happier.
My house is cursed. Everything that could go wrong with this install did, but not due to anything Max did. He was AMAZING at troubleshooting. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy. Great communication and knowledge. I look forward to hiring him again on the next one.
Highly recommend Max if you are looking for a new gas fireplace. Max is responsive, a great communicator and does great work. After giving us a bid that was more competitive than other companies he came to our house to make sure the dimensions were right. When we were unsure about what fireplace to choose he met us that same morning at his showroom to make sure we were confident about our choice.
