Dr. Haws is so patient and makes each patient feel important! Kelli at the front desk was kind and helped me when I was having an issue figuring out something with my insurance! I have seen several hygienist and each has been fantastic! I love this office!
Crown fell apart within two years. Not only does Haws have questionable billing practices, but does shoddy work too :/
Dr Haws is an exceptional dentist. But the front desk is not friendly. I had to call 4 times to get an appointment rescheduled, because they did not return calls. Not even to existing clients. And I didn't cancel the visit, THEY did, last minute. No explanation After 5 years I will not be back. He is an excellent dentist. But the office? They have lost sight of what really matters.
