Max was a pleasure to work with; he made our purchase worry free as he took care of us every step of the way. He is now our go to realtor.
Max made the purchase of my home smooth and easy! He was always available when I called and always able to get the answers to all my questions. I can highly recommend Max to anyone looking for a hard working and honest realtor.
Richard and Max did a phenomenal job managing a very challenging sale and purchase process. The dual closing would NEVER have been able to happen if I used anyone else! Thanks guys! GO JOE GO!
I'd would highly recommend Max as a realtor! He is very professional and very knowledgeable of the current housing market.
I was represented by Max Perelman for my recent home sale in Cranston. After interviewing a few agents, I chose Max and Re/Max One because he presented an aggressive sales plan and current market analysis of comparable homes at our first meeting. He assured me that our home would sell quickly, and he was 1000% correct. Multiple offers and $60,000 over asking price. The communication was excellent and he made the process of selling our home very quick and easy. I highly recommend Max if you plan to sell your home!
