Had a great experience with Bella at the new Reed Ford. I had been looking for a new F150 and dealing with many dealers. I started to think that I was not going to be able to get a new truck as most of the dealers were not willing to budge much on a price I happen to see an add for Reed and realized I had not reached out to them. Went to Reed Ford to look at buying a Bronco. After standing outside for over 10 minutes, I had to go look for a sales person ( a first for me at a dealership). A young sales lady helped out by hunting a Bronco I wanted see and after a test drive and answering my questions, I was interested. I Told her it really depended on what they were willing to offer on 2 vehicle's I wanted to trade in (a 23 Buick Envision and a 2008 Jeep Rubicon with only 112k miles). Drove an hour one way after repeated confirmations a $39k truck was available. I test-drove it, then as we started signing paperwork was told it had sold. Their “make-good” was to try and sell me a truck for $43,438. I don't think they were trying to do a bait and switch but the fact that the truck is still showing on up as available on their website the next day is very frustrating. This felt misleading and disrespectful of my time. I’d look elsewhere.

My salesperson Bella was so wonderful to work with.So helpful and knowledgeable. She was more than gracious in every aspect. Management was also very nice to work with.
