Had an amazing experience today purchasing a new F-150 at the new Reed Ford in Harrisonville. I worked with Morgan and Jake. They were exceptional to work with. By far one the best experiences I have had at a dealership. I highly recommend Reed Ford in Harrisonville, and the amazing sales team of Morgan & Jake.
I am not one to leave reviews. But David with Reed Ford delivered! I found my car on a Facebook feed that just popped up while doom scrolling late on a Friday night. Did the contact me, apply and within minutes David sent me an email at midnight! From that point on he stayed in contact with me like he was my best friend. The best experience I've ever had at a dealership! I had made an appointment at a nearby dealership 2 days in advance. I walked in, and nobody knew who I was or why I was there. I walked out without missing a beat. We stopped by Reed so my wife could still look around and see what she likes. We were greeted with smiles at the desk, and we were introduced to Jake! Had a great experience with Bella at the new Reed Ford. I had been looking for a new F150 and dealing with many dealers.
