Long-term tenant, great complex and location. Amazing management team, property manager, Deirdre, very responsive and efficient. And thank you Muamir for all your hard work. Building is well-maintained and apartments are spacious.

The owner is very unprofessional and rude. The staff in the office are always in a bad mood when issues are addressed about what is wrong with the building. Don’t waste your money with this realty office.
My two year stay with one of Max Fluss properties was a pleasant experience. David Watters, and the rest of the staff was always professional and kind. The service calls were handled swiftly. The property and grounds were well maintained. Oh and I had some pretty cool neighbors too.
