The owner is very unprofessional and rude. The staff in the office are always in a bad mood when issues are addressed about what is wrong with the building. Don’t waste your money with this realty office.

My two year stay with one of Max Fluss properties was a pleasant experience. David Watters, and the rest of the staff was always professional and kind. The service calls were handled swiftly. The property and grounds were well maintained. Oh and I had some pretty cool neighbors too.

Slumlord, indeed. David Watters preys on tenants who make complaints. Old property with frequent plumbing and door security issues. Snow removal is ridiculously late and minimal. This winter will be terrible. If you complain for any reason you are targeted and harassed. Can’t even be bothered with putting up a sign when the washing machine is out of order for a week. They spend more money in landscaping in trying to make the outside look appealing while letting plumbing leak and the main doors not close or lock properly. Ten... read more

I did leave a negative review previously and a representative informed me that the landlord was to blame for those issues and not Max Fluss directly. This seems true and so I’m leaving another review that’s more positive because David W. was helpful at the end of my lease. However, this does not negate the fact that the staff at the start of my lease were not great to deal with.
