The quality of their craftsmanship exceeded my expectations and the crew was friendly and showed care on the job site. Max took his time to explain things in detail and he brought the vision of what I wanted into the design of the stairs and floors. I appreciate the attention to detail, and the passion came through in all of the little things they did to create that Wow factor. I won’t hesitate to use their services again in the future and I’m excited again to have people over to the house!!!
I researched companies and had estimates by my final 3 choices. The estimates were at very close price points but one company only wanted 2 coats and one was 3 coats as we wanted but neither did high traffic Bona. Max estimated 3 coats and all high traffic which was what our research indicated was best.Again is estimate was fir highest industry standard. Terrible experience with this flooring service. Max, the owner, never came back to finish the job. He didn’t even apply the final coat of finish, leaving the floors looking dull and unprotected. The work was sloppy, with uneven areas and visible marks. I reached out several times, but there was no follow-up or accountability. I regret hiring this company and would not recommend them to anyone.
