It used to be ok but last couple of times horrible. Waiting area had 2 other patrons and 3 or 4 workers arguing. Lot of confusion! They started chair massage on a woman and he stopped several times to tend to front desk. After waiting they brought a guy from next door and he managed to get another chair in space and it was very crowded. He stood on one side of me and rubbed one spot for 10 minutes or longer.
