Front office staff 5 stars! Care received - simple routine procedure, fairly standard and quick. Good. The reason I knocked two stars off is because the doctor himself was not wearing a mask. EVERYONE else in his office was wearing one! While giving care, is it not the doctors responsibility to ensure safety for patients? I was 1- shocked and 2- didn’t feel comfortable addressing this with Dr. Adler. Wife likes Dr Adler who does a great job, however, whoever does their billing statements needs to be replaced. Got two statements this year where they did not credit my credit card charges when my wife came for her appointments. If you do come here, make sure you review your statements carefully.

I have been going to Dr. Adler's office for four months for my hydrafacials from their aesthetician, Tina. Love Tina! She's well informed on all treatments and products. I told her what I wanted to focus on as well as my problem areas and she came up with a treatment plan that would fit my needs.
