We love their 3 course burger meal. We order the tortilla soup, the burger with pepper jack chees and their cookie. We have never been disappointed in the food and the service is always good. I highly recommend Max and Erma's to everyone.
My wife and I went there for dinner. We were seated and 20 minutes later we had not been waited on or even asked what we wanted to drink. I went to the bar and asked the bartender if she could have someone to take our order. She took our order and waited on us. When we were sitting there for 20 minutes they were at least 4 employees walked by us and never said anything to us.
Love this place!!! Great service and great food!!! Will recommend to everyone!
My husband and I ordered the combo platter and the sangria special. After our order was taken we received our drink very quickly but it took almost 30 minutes to receive the combo. It was missing sour cream and ranch etc. The food was good but the amount of time it took to receive it wasn't .. The waitress kept apologizing for taking so long and subtracted the combo from our total charges. The waitress was actually the bartender. We were in the Pullman Plaza in Huntington Wv.
