Not their fault and the two guys that waited on us at the bar were great but; those are the only two employees working! They let us know up front that service would be slow since they were the only ones there. They stated that they have been complaining to their HR department for months to no avail. Food was perfect and the two guys working were working their tears off so a big hats off to them. Max & Ermas corporate needs to address the personnel issues there; however.
Was in there earlier today and ordered a burger well done with no pink. And what did I get to see Pink. And then when it was time for my cookie well ran out of cookies when it made it to me. So no I will not recommend and this was my first experience.

RecommendedWe probably won’t return to the Gahanna location after visiting this one. Much cleaner, nicer, and better service. May have to park at a meter.
RecommendedOur waiter, Grey was amazing! We will make sure to get him next year when we are back for Thirty-One Gifts Conference! We want to see his proud Daddy pics of his new baby!! The food was all amazing...from appetizers, salads, fish tacos, burgers, and ice cream!
