I had never been to a Max and Erma's before, I had a waiter named Kelvin and he really made it a great experience. The best service I've had in a very long time!! Food was very good too
Service was a Bit slow I kept running out of drinks and had to wait 2-5 min for a refill, but they were very busy at lunch. Ice Cream buffet in a bath tub. Cute....

Awesome!!! They just remodeled and added a bunch of big screens...... new managers and they have got this place running very well. Great Food and Great Service....... don't have to wait an hour to get seated on the weekends..... (yet).
Eaten here several times, always a good meal, staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the decor is very comforting.
I love this little place in the heart of German Village! We always have great hamburgers, great fun and great service.
I absolutely love the patio here. There isn't a lot to see but it is so peaceful to enjoy your drinks and diner on a summer night. Food was pretty good too. Service was perfect also. Everyone will have to go enjoy the patio like we do.
While the food was wonderful, it took so long to get it! I wouldn't recommend this restaurant becuase of the slow service. If you have young children, definately do not expect them to be patient enough for this restaurant.
