These people are thieves and NO ONE SHOULD DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. They take your money and give you cars that are not good. These people first tried to give me a car that was not in good condition the transmission was not good. I didnt even leave with the car off the lot but because they already had my deposit in their hand, I asked for my deposit back and they refused to give it back. It's a total scam!! Within two days the car started flashing lights about repairs. The radio never worked, we had to take it to a mechanic outside where they told us that the oil or filter had not been changed in this car for more than a year, lots of broken and ***** parts. Engine problems, it shut down twice and didn't want to start, it started leaking gas. They told me one thing and then when I came back it was something else and stole 500 from me.They told me it was refundable when I came back they said I didn't do my part and buy the car and basically tried blaming me for it but if the worker explained that and didn't tell me it was refundable I would of never put the 500 down.I went in yesterday and talked to the manager the way he talks and handle things is ridiculous.i asked for a copy and he said he's not giving me a copy that he will have one of his workers mail me a co... read more

She signed a contract with American Credit Acceptance. As part of that contract and deal, Daphne was supposed to bring an additional $2,300.00 to take possession of the vehicle within ten days of signing. DO NOT GO HERE!!! We had the engine go bad 2 hours after we took delivery of our vehicle. They said they would help to get it fixed by giving us a warranty. The cost to us was to be $200. Then the warranty company denied the claim because it was pre-existing. Then they wanted $350 to fix the car at the shop they chose. We reluctantly agreed. They asked us to leave the vehicle and they would take it. We did. They then said the car would need a new engine. They put 2 engines in the car AND have had the car more than we have. W... read more
Very unprofessional company, they had me waiting for hours and bring you in with false numbers and switch everything around when you're there. Horrible service and unkind people !!
All great people with great prices. Got me the vehicle I wanted and gave me financing that worked for me. If you're looking for a used vehicle go to max drive and ask for Mannely.

These people scammed me. Lied to me and tricked me into refinancing my car for double the price. Took advantage of me being a confused woman purchasing my first car. I almost had my car paid off and was late on one payment and Fernando JR told me he could help me on my payments and help me be caught up. He mentioned I would be paying a few dollars extra a month and have two more bills added to my total cost so I no longer had late fees and behind. So I agreed.
