My wife and I purchased a van from Brent Kinney at Dependable Preowned Cars where he sold us an additional warranty from a third party. When we decided to cancel it April 15th 2020 , due to it being more work than worth, we were well within our cancelation window. Max Drive is Owned and operated By a bunch of Con-Artists. Read every page of Your Contract before you sign or initial it!!! They Lie Lie Lie. Was told my total to be Financed was $18,000. Total was actually well over $19,000. Was told interest rate was right at 20% interest rate was 23.99%. Was told on the We Owe You form they Would pay for a set of Tires with 75-80% tread. The dealer is a liar. They promised to fix a car that needed a new engine the same day we got it and are now asking for an additional $1000. They have had our car as much as we have.
